The Joynt, with its retro Club and Live Jazz Bar, opened in Chicago’s River North in April of 2008, and has four distinct venues and three different dance floors all under one roof. The Grand Bar is the perfect room to hangout, have a drink and listen to music. On the same floor, the Jazz room offers live entertainment nightly, featuring live jazz trios and top area bands performing all the swing standards, American classics, and top 40 hits of yesteryear. They will definitely help you get your groove on, to dance the night away. The music is lively and often accompanied with impromptu cameos by celebrity musicians. On the weekends, step downstairs to find a theatre in the round dance floor where our resident DJ’s mash new and old tunes alike or relax in our VIP room “The Lounge” that gives you the ambience of your living room with sounds of a nightclub. The Joynt has something for everyone.............
